Files in This Data Supplement
Representative volume data for one C57BL/6J wild-type specimen:

- civm_sample.zip (34 MB), a ZIP archive containing
T1 and T2-weighted image data, label data and metadata,
along with the MBAT (Mouse BIRN Atlas Tool) viewer. The version of
MBAT included here will automatically open the representative
dataset upon launch.
You may also download the data and MBAT
separately:
MBAT is also available directly from BIRN via
this link.
- civm_T1_large.zip (453 MB), a ZIP archive containing
a full-resolution (512x512x1024) T1 volume in Analyze format.
You may browse all these datasets via the CIVMSpace Web portal, a browser-based
tool that lets you view slices without downloading the entire dataset.
Select any thumbnail to browse slices from the corresponding dataset. To view
structure labels, select "Open in VoxStation" from the pull-down menu at the
upper right corner of the CIVMSpace page, then select the "Go" button; this
will launch VoxPort, a Java Web Start application that lets you view structure
labels individually or as a group.
